Hi there,

for those of you looking to see me today on Area Light Chat, I concluded my segment at 2:17 which is about 2.5 hours of live coverage. Not too bad considering I have other things to attend to today. I also invite you to use chat here as a live event or session that helps make Area Light an online social network of choice. The project is called The Loop, and the idea is to make Area Light the place to go be online live and chat with people. Even I am not prepared to define myself to a specific time, but it would be nice to see 24/7 coverage eventually. Right now the best I can do is try to go online when I am onsite, and encourage others to do so when they are in the mood. After a while, I bet it would become a "thing".

So I've got a new semester in school getting ready to start. Plus, I am neck deep in research and development for my personal business lines and Area Light. I know I can manage my time a little better if I'm not so concerned with formalized content, though I can find more time for that if I reduce my outreach activities. Being live, and having my activity constrained by the temporary record of the chat log is just fine in a lot of ways. The fact that I offer some time live on site can suffice for some activity. I plan on using the recent activity log to announce myself, so could be a good thing eventually.

Hi there!

For those of you who do not know, I have just started another semester in college, and I've found this draws alot out of my creative energy for the site. I am very immersed in what time I do spend on a multitude of projects that pertain to my personal business. Area Light is a part of that, but is intended to be more about other members than a site dedicated to my interests.

I have a lot in mind that I have yet to get down or execute. I probably have even more that I actually did get down, but still need to review, update, and execute. One of the things that has really been transforming my routine is that I've been really moving forward on my dream of playing soccer. I am completely reengineering myself to play, getting myself in shape, and dropping the baggage of several indulgencies. Needless to say, the impact on my performance here will be felt this semester. I do get the feeling though I will be able to attend to things with more clarity and focus. Should be good here and there when I have time to continue the research and development.

So just checking in to let you know I am still here and at least paying attention if not putting in content. You could brighten up the area with your presence and participation among eachother too. Enjoy networking!
