Thanks for joining the community. We look forward to getting to know you. Let us know if you have any questions about setting up your member page. We are at your service.

While you get situated, let us encourage you to join our group, Area Light Home. Check out our discussion, Friday Spark!, in that group if you'd like to get caught up on our network activity/ history. We also have a check-in discussion you can use there called, Hi There! - if you are ever short of time or just want to stop in and say hi before engaging any of our groups, forums, members directly.

We are interested to know what brought your attention to Area Light and what your interests and hopes are for being a part of this network. We have our own vision and a variety of courtesy services we are more than happy to share with you if you care to know what we are working on. Let us know and we can give you a personal tour.

Also, we like to feature each member of the community as a courtesy for joining. We will be setting up a casual discussion thread for you in our group, Coffee with the Oracle. There you can take the lead in sharing about yourself and be assured to get some reciprocal participation.

We have lots of ideas like this we hope sets our site apart as an online social network of choice. Let us know what you think.
