Pehaps we will meet on chat again soon. I recall we were discussing your Ning social network. I thought you were playing around with some great ideas and I can really imagine the network as a great value to our members here.

I have an idea to represent different social networks on Area Light using the groups feature. You are welcome to create the group yourself and even refer to it by name of site etc. I will take care of developing a corresponding directory. We could discuss how you want to be categorized and other aspects of your venture if you want some help with ideas.

You may be one of our first members to join who has already started their own Ning network. This is very exciting for me because one of the things I want to do is use this community as a directory/ hub for different networks to gather. So it will be my pleasure to work with you on representing your community here.

I also see you are from Boston. Another idea I want to do is to network by geographic location. It will be neat to have Boston represented here and maybe even a location specific group like my NorCal. I'm a big fan of MIT and can imagine finding myself in your area someday if all goes well.
